What plans do we have to reach those goals? How much action are we willing to take in order to make these goals a reality??

2- Go to the spiritual gym (read books by entrepreneurs, post pictures of what your success looks like and look at it everyday, meditate)
3- Do your homework (study your industry, the types of people you would like to work with, and learn creative ways to run your business)
4- Get a mentor (life coaches are so helpful in guiding you to keeping your mindset where it should be as well helping you build more confidence)

Today- I am doing a cleanse day which is part of my nutritional cleansing program! It’s an hourly schedule of eating and drinking each item every hour which enables the cleaning of all toxins, sugars, and fats from our bodies.. This is such an important part of my program because this is where true results happen!! The amazing feeling of energy is unexplainable!! I choose to do this on a Monday purposely to motivate my team of cleansers to show a comparison of “new week”, “new goals”, “fresh start” – body, mind, & spirit!
And this cleanse is just that!!!!
