The weekend has arrived and I’m so excited to celebrate the arrival of 2018 in just a few days!! I have had many great adventures this year but also some very sad ones.. But, life happens and we must learn from these happenings and grow!

Good morning! I tried these the other day and they were great- I used pesto sauce to dip as well as guacamole!! And the best part…. The kids ate them too! Such a great way to get some good protein and veggies into our kids!! Enjoy!

I have to admit- I am in relief that the holidays are coming to a close.. My eating habits have changed in the past month and my energy levels are not the same. So, I’m going to start my Nutritional Cleansing program in full force (was currently on maintenance) right after the new year! I need to get back on track and that’s Body, Mind, & Soul!!
