Develop Healthy Obsessions

Another great end to a fun weekend! I hope everyone enjoyed theirs!! Now it’s time to prepare for the coming week ahead! And let’s not forget that it’s a holiday week! So, it’s probably going to take just a little bit more energy for some of us! 🙋🏼‍♀️

This next segment I just finished reading was about developing healthy obsessions.

“If you have a bad habit to overcome, focus on creating a new behavior in that situation- When you replace a bad habit with a good one, it’s almost starting your life all over again.”

When you have a healthy obsession, you will:

– Experience more good moods.

– Have a more positive outlook on life.

-Overcome some bad habits and replace them with healthy ones.

-Love yourself more.

-Feel more energized.

-Be proud of yourself

-Feel confident in your abilities.

-Discover a way to turn your hobby into a business or second career.

-Feel within reach of your dreams and goals.
