2019 Results not Resolutions

Happy New Year to all!

I hope everyone is finally settling into this new year with closure from 2018 and ready to take on new challenges and goals!!

I have just started a new read that I will be looking into daily- this is a short read everyday for me, to help with my personal development that is always a work in progress! This will help me stop all the craziness right in the middle of my day- read a passage and be aware of my surroundings and where I actually “AM” in that moment. I will def share some passages with you that I feel can help others stay mindful and grateful as we take on each day!

In combination with this personal development goal, I am starting a 30 day nutritional program with the health and wellness group I am partnered with to cleanse my body of any chemicals and toxins I’ve encountered through the holiday season. I’m looking to cleanse my mind, body and soul!! πŸ‘πŸΌ

I’m also staring a challenge at the gym I belong to so I can totally commit and get 100% RESULTS!

2019 is all about taking action and getting results!
